Ingredients
- 300 g egg noodles
- 250 g chicken fillet
- 2 tablespoon Volcano Heat Trassi
- 200 g white cabbage
- 1 whole carrot
- 1 whole onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
Method
- 1
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse with cold water to keep the strands separate.
- 2
Cut the chicken fillet into strips and stir-fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- 3
In the same wok, fry the onion and garlic until translucent, then add the cabbage and carrot and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- 4
Add the chicken, noodles, Volcano Heat Trassi and sweet soy sauce, toss everything together until heated through.
- 5
Taste and adjust the seasoning with sambal if needed, serve immediately.
Tip from Garlicmaster: Make sure to rinse the noodles thoroughly with cold water after cooking — this prevents them from clumping together in the wok and gives you those beautifully loose strands.
